Training Department Redesign and Certification Program

This initiative transformed a training department into a Brand Academy. While job roles were already established, the initiative focused on defining competencies, mapping service and sales processes, creating learning paths, and developing a tiered achievement system—Basic, Intermediate, Advanced, and Mastery—with specific training requirements at each level. By collaborating with R&D, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Field Operations, the program was designed as a grassroots effort to ensure alignment across departments. The result was a branded, aspirational training framework that provided a performance matrix for six key job roles, elevating both individual expertise and overall dealership performance.
