What She’s Passionate About

Nothing makes Leanne happier than exceeding her clients’ expectations and successfully tackling their most pressing performance challenges together.

Her Professional Experience

Leanne has 25 years of learning design and development experience that serves her well as she consults with her clients to uncover the right solutions for their performance challenges. She came to TiER1 through the acquisition of Bottom-Line Performance, where she served as Officer and Vice President of Client Relations, supporting client project teams in several global, award-winning initiatives.

How She Makes a Difference

Leanne is involved in a variety of service activities. She and her family have supported the Dayspring Center for many years, which is one of the few homeless shelters in the Indianapolis area that provides support to families. At Dayspring they’ve helped serve lunch, organize clothing donations, and repair and decorate resident rooms. Leanne and her family also support Joy’s House, an adult day care facility for people struggling with Alzheimer’s or Dementia. Leanne’s son created a music therapy program for the guests there, so they’ve hosted a few music-filled parties at the center, which Leanne says is truly an amazing thing to see.

Family Matters

Leanne married her college sweetheart. They have two amazing sons and two crazy doodle pups. She treasures their family vacations, particularly to Hawaii, which has become their home away from home. On their 25th wedding anniversary, Leanne and her hubby renewed their wedding vows on Kauai with their boys by their side.

Where She Shines

Leanne is your “phone a friend” for all things pop culture. She’s an avid movie fan, TV watcher, and music lover. The Oscars are her “Super Bowl,” Entertainment Weekly is her go-to mag, and “80s on 8” is usually playing in her car. Growing up, Leanne wanted to be Katie Couric on the Today Show, but she just couldn’t get up that early.
