Driving business results through process efficiencies and standardization. Terri enjoys bringing agility and innovation to every project she manages.
Terri has a deep background in leading consulting services organizations. She has stood up several project management offices and been a key leader in major strategic change initiatives for large-scale organizations. Terri sees the whole picture of strategy, change, and communication, and she’s equally happy managing all three at a strategic level or getting down and dirty into the details.
Running the Wisconsin German Shorthaired Pointer Rescue volunteer organization, Terri jokes that it’s her second full-time job. As an active outdoorswoman, she’s also very active in the conservation community. Terri is a Learn to Hunt Mentor and Hunter Safety Instructor where she teaches young kids about conservation, safety and hunting practices for a successful outdoor experience.
Terri is hard working, focused, and organized. She always looks for ways to gain efficiencies, and she builds a solid action plan to get things done. She’s also fully committed to living life to the fullest; she appreciates each day and makes the most of every opportunity.
